
Chef Bradley Rouse is the owner and CEO of All Star Chefs, LLC. Chef
Bradley has been in the culinary industry for fourteen years. His
passion for food inspired him to seek higher education at the Art Institutes
of Atlanta and South Florida. He also completed programs at the
Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, California. Chef
Bradley’s first major position within the industry was at Carbo’s
Café fine dining restaurant in Atlanta where he mastered French-American
cuisine.

His drive for knowledge of his craft led him to become
a sushi chef at Prime Restaurant in Atlanta. Because he loved
the art of sushi, he moved to Fort Lauderdale to pursue a career at
Wolfgang Puck’s Grand Café in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. There
he truly discovered his passion for nutrition and regularly dealt
with fishermen to ensure the finest quality fish for his dishes.

After practicing, the wonderful art of sushi, a position to be
the Private Chef to the Atlanta Hawks was offered to him. This
was an opportunity for Chef Bradley to combine his passion for
nutrition and savory dishes. As Private Chef to the Atlanta
Hawks, Bradley studies with nutritionist to cater to the specific
dietary needs of his players. His evolution into this role
for a NBA basketball team opened several doors for Chef Rouse. Several
articles were published regarding the overall satisfaction of his
skills within the sports world. He made a live appearance
on FOX 5’s Good Day Atlanta show in which he did a live cooking
demonstration for the show’s large fan base of Atlantans. Bradley
continues to work with several major Atlanta names in the NBA,
NFL, and NHL. His passion for food and commitment to his
clients’ dietary needs has made him a household name among
Atlanta athletes.
